How quickly will my order ship?

Most HD products are in stock and ready to ship. HD furniture is made to order and typically take 2-4 weeks to fulfill for small orders and 6-8 weeks for larger orders. Custom projects typically take 8-12 weeks. If you need an item by specific date don’t hesitate contacting us at holler@hollerdesign.us and we will work to make it happen!

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. Tracking info is emailed when the order leaves our shop.

Do you Offer Local Pickup?

Yes! Please email us prior to ordering to receive our local pickup code that will waive shipping costs. We can also work to schedule a time for pick up during our normal business hours.

What are my Options for Expedited Shipping?

Expedited shipping is available on all orders. Please email us prior to ordering to receive a quote for expedited shipping.

Damaged Shipments

Please contact us within 7 business days if your item arrives damaged with your order number and an image of the damaged item. We will ship a replacement along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Please repackage the damaged item and mail back to us with the included return shipping label.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size/wood species/etc, please email us to let us know of your intent to exchange. Please repackage in original packaging and return to us via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Customer is responsible return shipping costs. Once we receive the item we will ship out the replacement item.

Returns/Refunds

Once you receive an item you have 14 days to return it. To initiate return please repackage in original packaging and return to us via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Customer is responsible return shipping costs. Custom orders are not returnable. Once we receive the return we will refund the amount minus original shipping charges.

Can custom orders be returned?

Unfortunately not. All custom orders are made to order and not returnable.
