How quickly will my order ship?

Most HD products are in stock and ready to ship. HD furniture is made to order and typically take 2-4 weeks to fulfill for small orders and 6-8 weeks for larger orders. Custom projects typically take 8-12 weeks. If you need an item by specific date don’t hesitate contacting us at holler@hollerdesign.us and we will work to make it happen! Can I customize an order?

Yes! We love switching it up with custom orders. Most of our standard HD products and furniture can be customized with different wood species and colors. There is a 10% up-charge for custom orders. Reach out to us at holler@hollerdesign.us if you would like to place your custom order.

Do you offer fully custom designs?

Yes, we love working with clients on custom designs. Whether it is a custom one-off pieces of furniture or a custom chair, etc. for a restaurant/hotel/etc. we would enjoy working with you to design and fabricate a piece that meets you functional and budgetary requirements. Are you hiring?

Maybe? We are always looking for new talent to add to our team. Keep an eye on our Careers Page to see if we’re currently hiring, but if you are interested in working with us feel free to go ahead and send us your info and we will keep it on file. Can custom orders be returned?

Unfortunately not. All custom orders are made to order and not returnable.

What’s your Return Policy?

Once you receive an item you have 14 days to return it. To initiate return please repackage in original packaging and return to us via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Customer is responsible return shipping costs. Custom orders are not returnable. Once we receive the return we will refund the amount minus original shipping charges. Can I edit an order once I’ve placed it?

If you need to cancel your order/edit your order please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate and changes and cancellations.
